Sky Active is an interactive entertainment channel that is a cross between a television channel and a magazine. It combines the play-out strengths of TV, the merchandising strengths of a magazine and is monetised via interactivity.

Viewers are greeted by a video-based “front page” offering entertaining short programmes produced by a dedicated editorial team. Content is updated during the course of the day to appeal to the differing audiences for daytime and evening television.
